This Chocolate Chia Pudding is divine! Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to miss out on chocolatey treats. This recipe is packed with fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids giving you a nutritional boost while satisfying your sweet tooth.
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
½ tablespoon of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of plant milk (I used oat milk)
1 tablespoon of agave or pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Add plant milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla to a jar and mix well with a fork or whisk. Add chia seeds and mix well again. Let settle for about 2 minutes then mix again very well until no clumps remain. Add a lid to the jar and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours (can leave overnight).
