What is Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching?

 

Making healthy choices in a world that is saturated with processed foods and animal products can be challenging. If you are ready to make the switch to a whole foods plant-based lifestyle and are unsure on where to start, my nutrition coaching will set you up on the path to success.

 

For those just starting out, the world of eating plants can seem overwhelming, limiting, and confusing. What foods do I buy? How do I cook filling meals? Am I getting enough protein? What do I eat when I go out? A powerful tool in ensuring your health journey is prosperous, is having someone there to show you the ropes. That’s where I come in. I provide the guidance, education, motivation, and tools necessary to transition into a well balanced plant-based lifestyle.

Duration: 1 Month

  • Virtual evaluation

  • Two virtual sessions - During sessions we will cook 2 meals and embark on a 'pantry revamp' 

  • Strategize future grocery trips

  • Discuss plant-based nutrition

  • Review plant-based essentials

  • Plan out future meals

  • Talk through any questions or concerns you may have regarding the transition

  • Schedule a follow up call within the following 2 weeks

Plant-Based Nutrition/Accountability Coaching

$60

Duration: 1 Session 

  • 1 hour virtual session

  • Discuss big picture what your ideal healthy lifestyle looks like

  • Review goals and work together to figure out roadmap to reaching those goals

  • Discuss challenges and baby steps to overcoming those challenges 

  • Talk through any questions or concerns you may have regarding whole food plant-based eating

  • Regular text and/or email support to hold you accountable 

Plant-Based Nutrition/Accountability Coaching

$450

Duration: 8 Sessions

  • 1 hour virtual session each week

  • Discuss big picture what your ideal healthy lifestyle looks like

  • Review goals and work together to figure out roadmap to reaching those goals

  • Discuss challenges and baby steps to overcoming those challenges 

  • Talk through any questions or concerns you may have regarding whole food plant-based eating

  • Regular text and/or email support to hold you accountable
