Apple with peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks. It takes about 2 minutes to prepare and provides the body with a much needed boost of protein and complex carbs. By adding hemp, flax, and raisins, there is even more deliciousness to enjoy!
1 large organic apple
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon of hemp hearts
1 teaspoon of ground flax
2 tablespoons of raisins
Slice apple. Drizzle natural peanut butter on top. Then sprinkle on hemp hearts, ground flax and raisins.
