I love these quick No Bake Cinnamon Raisin Muffin Balls because they are easy to make ahead and take with you as a healthy dessert or snack option. Made using wholesome ingredients, these little treats remind me of Larabars.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup of applesauce
1/4 cup of agave or pure maple syrup
1 ⅔ cups of almond flour
1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of raisins
Preparation
Mix almond butter, applesauce, agave, and vanilla into a medium size bowl. Mix in almond flour, salt, and cinnamon until a cookie dough like texture is formed. Fold in raisins. Using about 1-2 tablespoons of the batter, roll into balls. Let chill for 2-3 hours then enjoy.
