A creamy chocolate shake with a subtle coconut and almond butter taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced)

  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (from carton, not can)

  • 1 ½ tablespoons of cacao/cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon of natural almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts (optional but recommended for a healthy boost)

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut (optional to use toasted)

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
