A creamy chocolate shake with a subtle coconut and almond butter taste.
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced)
1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (from carton, not can)
1 ½ tablespoons of cacao/cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of natural almond butter
1 tablespoon of hemp hearts (optional but recommended for a healthy boost)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut (optional to use toasted)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
