Cashew Cream Sauce

If you own a high powered blender you may not need to soak or boil the nuts beforehand. Be patient and blend until silky smooth.


  • 1 cup of cashews (soak cashews in water night before or boil for 10 minutes to soften nuts)

  • ½ cup of water

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar


Soak cashews in about 2 cups of water overnight. Drain cashews and add to a blender with water, lemon, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Blend until smooth.
