Guacamole is one of my favorite dips! I add it to chips, fries, veggie burgers, chili, tacos, burritos, toast, you name it. If you enjoy spicy foods, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to this recipe.
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
¼ cup of chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons of finely chopped red onions
1-2 tablespoons of diced jalapenos (remove seeds)
½ teaspoon of salt
Mash avocados and add in the remaining ingredients.
