Classic Salsa

Simple salsa at it’s finest. Just throw everything into a blender or food processor and boom you’re done. I do recommend letting the salsa chill in the fridge for an hour or so before digging in so the flavors have time to get acquainted.


  • 6 large roma tomatoes

  • ½ a red onion

  • Juice of half a lime

  • 1-2 large cloves of garlic

  • ¼ cup of cilantro

  • 1 poblano pepper

  • 1 jalapeno pepper

  • ¾ teaspoon of sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper


Wash vegetables. Cut tomatoes and red onions into quarters and add to a food processor. Remove seeds and stems from the poblano and jalapeno peppers and add to the food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until vegetables are broken down into the chunkiness you desire.
