Creamy Garlic Dressing

Jazz up your salad with this tasty garlic dressing. A lot of store bought salad dressing are packed with added oil, dairy, and sugar. This simple dressing tastes great and is made using wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup of tahini

  • ⅓ cup of water

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon of pure maple syrup or agave

  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt

  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
