Growing up I used to put ranch on just about everything. Once I started to get more into nutrition and ditched the dairy, ranch was one of the things I thought I’d miss the most. Luckily the seasonings are what make ranch so tasty.
1 carton (5.3 oz) of plain unsweetened plant-based greek yogurt (I used Kite Hill from Fresh Thyme)
1 Tablespoon of plain plant milk
1 tablespoon of vegan mayo (optional, healthier to omit but a little creamier when added)
Squeeze of lemon
½ teaspoon of sea salt
¼ teaspoon of dried dill
⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dried chives
1 teaspoon of chopped fresh or dried parsley
Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
