Chef Bai’s Cold Cure Cubes are a game changer! Her original recipe is linked below. I was sick last week and tried these out for the first time. Definitely helped with my mucus and congestion. They don’t taste great, but they are very effective! Add a smidge of sweetener to make it more palatable.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp cayenne

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 whole lemons, rinds removed

  • 1 cup fresh ginger

  • 5-6 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 12 oz water

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 2 minutes until everything is super smooth.

Grab an ice cube tray (silicone works best!) and pour the contents of the blender into the ice cube tray.

Freeze for 6 hours - overnight and transfer to a freezer safe container to use for later.

To make the tea, boil filtered water, pour into a mug and then add one ice cube per serving!

Feel better!
