Oh man, are these tasty! So creamy, chocolatey and delicious!
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 cup of coconut milk from a can (creamier than normal plant milk)
2 cups of plant milk of choice (I used soy)
¼-⅓ cup of pure maple syrup
¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Poor into popsicle mold and freeze for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
