What kid doesn’t love popsicles!? Unfortunately a lot of store bought popsicles are full of sugar, artificial colors and other fake ingredients. These chilled treats are made using only 5 ingredients and provide plenty of vitamins and nutrients.
Ingredients
½ cup of water
½ cup of coconut milk (from a can)
2 cups of pineapple
1 mango
2 tablespoons of agave
Preparation
Chop fruit (removing skin and core/pit) then add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Fill up a popsicle mold and place in the freezer for about 7-8 hours before enjoying.
