½ tablespoon of miso paste
½ tablespoon of chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
½ cup of extra firm tofu, sliced into cubes
¼ cup of shredded carrots
¼ cup of chopped bell pepper
½ cup of of spinach
½ cup whole grain ramen noodles, boiled for 2 minutes (I like Lotus Foods Millet & Brown Rice Ramen)
Sprinkle of chopped green onions
In a large wide mouth jar, stack the ingredients in the order they are listed. When ready to eat, add boiling water to the quantity of broth desired. Let sit for 5 minutes. Mix, adjust salt as needed. Enjoy!
