There's no sense in waiting till the New Year to jumpstart your fitness routine. Join me in my 20 Day Fitness Challenge to get the body moving and get you one step closer to achieving your health goals.
Starting December 1 2020, I will be sending participants guided workout videos each day to follow along. Videos range from 5 to 12 minutes, focus on beginner to intermediate workouts and no equipment is necessary. Each video is quick yet and effective and tailor made to help you expand your fitness abilities.
