This bowl doesn’t really require a recipe. Just throw in what you like and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Cooked quinoa

  • Roasted red peppers, sliced

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Shredded Carrots

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Avocado

  • Hummus

  • Squeeze of lemon

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a bowl, top with a squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
