3-Ingredient Pineapple Sherbet
If you are a pineapple lover, you will love this refreshing frozen treat that takes just a few minutes to prepare.
1 large pineapple (chopped and frozen overnight)
Juice of ½ a lemon
¼ cup of maple syrup or agave
Take pineapple chunks out of the freezer and let thaw for about 10 minutes before beginning. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor or blend until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides a few times to make sure the mixture is evenly blended. Texture should be like soft serve. Either eat right out of the blender or add to a dish, freeze and scoop out when ready to enjoy.
