Chef Bai's Ultimate Cold Cure

Chef Bai’s Cold Cure Cubes are a game changer! I stumbled upon her recipe the other day and knew I had to give it a try. I am all about finding natural ways to stay healthy. Using powerful natural ingredients like turmeric, ginger, garlic, and cayenne pepper, this cold cure will suppress cold/flu symptoms and help boost your immune system. The powerhouse ingredients in this recipe are great at naturally reducing inflammation, they are antiviral, antibacterial, and great natural decongestants.

I was sick last week and tried these cubes out for the first time. Chef Bai recommends having 2-3 cubes a day. Just drop one into a cup of hot water, mix and let dissolve. You'll probably have to mix between sips to avoid settling at the bottom of your cup. Drinking this definitely helped with my mucus and congestion! I hate sleeping with a stuffy nose, so I was very thankful to have these to turn to as a natural mucus fighter.

I'll be honest, I really don't like the taste, but they are very effective, and the warmth of the tea feels nice when you are sick. Add a smidge of sweetener like agave or pure maple syrup to make it more palatable and you'll be good to go and feeling back to normal in no time!
