Fuel Your Day with EarthChimp Vegan Protein Powder

Years back I drank protein shakes on a daily basis. I was newer into the weight-lifting scene and wanted to ensure I was meeting my protein requirements in order to build muscle. To be honest, I hated most shakes that I drank and often plugged my nose while drinking them. No joke! Though I do admit, I am a little bit of a baby when it comes to drinking something I don't like. Most tasted funky, had a grainy texture, and just overall wasn't something I looked forward to drinking.

A few month ago, I was connected to EarthChimp and was recommended to try their powders out. I was hesitant at first. As mentioned before, I really didn't like the taste of most when I previously drank them. Also, now I read labels of everything I consume, and I know a lot of protein powders have extra junk I didn't want to consume. I read the EarthChimp label and was pleasantly surprised with their clean ingredient list. The ingredient list was simple, and they made it easy to know exactly what I was consuming. There's 20g of plant protein per servings, only 3g of sugar which comes from fruit plus probiotics! From the health standpoint I was sold!

Next up was the taste test. I love a good smoothie/shake so I added frozen banana, soy milk, peanut butter, hemp hearts, a couple dates, and a pinch of cinnamon along with the protein powder. Let me just say this recipe combo is AMAZING! It has become my go-to. I used to eat oatmeal every morning but got pretty sick of that, so this shake recipe has been my main go-to since first trying out the protein powder. I've since made a Pumpkin Spice variation that is tasty as well, but the chocolate peanut butter is definitely my favorite. It's packed with nutrients and is an incredibly healthy and tasty way to start the day (and sometimes I'll make a shake for a snack). I've made this recipe for a few people I know, and they love it as well!
