Buying in season produce provides fresher and tastier ingredients to work with while cooking and baking. I live in Indiana and right now it is peach season. Peach season runs from July to around mi-September. I'll admit, I'm not always the best at buying in season produce but it's something I am actively trying to do more of.
Since peaches are extra sweet and juicy this time of year, I decided to incorporate them into one of my recipes this past weekend. Check out the video below for an inside look at the appetizer I made, Potato Wedges Topped With Guacamole & Peach Salsa.

Seasoned Potato Wedges Recipe:
This recipe is super simple to put together and takes only 20 minutes to create. The creaminess of the avocado mixed with the sweetness of the peaches and slight kick of seasoning with the wedges provides a delicious flavor combo.
