Plant-Based Nutrition Kitchen Coaching

Over the last few months, I've been working on putting together a completely new nutrition coaching service. My goal is to help others transition into a plant-based way of eating that lasts a lifetime. I want to attract individuals who are committed to making this transition long term, and I want to provide the right resources to help facilitate this change. My new Plant-Based Nutrition Kitchen Coaching service is designed to do just that.


Who is a good candidate for Plant-Based Nutrition Kitchen Coaching?


If you are on the fence about eating plant-based, this program may not be for you. But, if the plant-based lifestyle excites you and you have made the decision to go all in, but don't really know where to start, this program is perfect for you! The ideal candidate doesn't need to be convinced regarding the multitude of benefits that come along with eating plant-based, but instead, just needs to right guidance, tools, and support to make the switch for good.


What's involved in this new coaching program?


To begin your journey, the first item of business is to learn more about you, your current lifestyle, and your relationship with food. I'll send a questionnaire and food rating

document in order to begin this process. Once complete, a virtual evaluation is scheduled. During this time, we will review the documents you filled out prior, take 'before' photos of your fridge and pantry, and get to know one another better. I have so much I want to learn about you in order to customize your experience but I am an open book and want you to be able to ask me about my journey and lifestyle as well. I truly love health and wellness and have been meat-free for 16 years and love sharing my experiences.






The next step in the process is to schedule our first official in-person or virtual coaching session. Now we get to the fun stuff! During this visit, we will be going through your fridge, freezer, and pantry. We will be looking at food labels, learning about what ingredients are in the current foods you're eating, and discarding foods that are harming your body. We will also be creating a plant-based grocery list for your next trip, discussing an overview of the key aisles to hit when shopping and review plant-based essentials. To top off the coaching session, we will cook a simple plant-based meal together as well.


After a follow-up a few days later, the next in-person or virtual coaching session will be scheduled. At this session, we will be reviewing your grocery adventure and discussing your journey thus far, as well as any questions or concerns you may have. We will also be cooking another plant-based meal together and planning out your next meals. A follow-up call will be scheduled in order to check in on progress.


Throughout each phase of the program, carefully crafted resources and tools I've put together will be shared with you in order to help guide you in the process. I am also always available to answer questions and help in anyway I can.


I am so excited to offer this hands on coaching experience to those who are ready to take the leap into eating plant-based.
